PASTOR. TEACHER. CREATIVE.

HEY, I’M LANCE.

PASTOR. HUSBAND. DAD.

I serve the Youth and Creative ministries at Refuge Church in Conroe, Texas. I love opening Scripture, helping people understand, and serving the local Church.

My wife, Juliana, and our daughter, Mary-Claire, remind me that ministry begins at home. Being a husband and dad keeps shaping the way I pastor—with patience, honesty, and love.

ONE PERSON. ONE CALLING.

I teach because I love helping people understand.

I preach because I want people to see God rightly.

I create because I believe truth worth communicating is worth communicating well.

Pastor. Teacher. Creative. These are expressions of the same calling: to serve Jesus and His Church with what He’s entrusted to me.

SEE GOD RIGHTLY.
LIVE FULLY SURRENDERED.

So much of my ministry comes back to this: God is better than we think. His holiness, greatness, goodness, and mercy are worth our attention—and our whole lives.

I hold a master’s degree in Christian Ministries from Liberty University’s School of Divinity. Studying theology has deepened my desire to help people understand Scripture and respond to Jesus in everyday life.

CREATIVITY BELONGS IN THE CHURCH.

I believe the Church should be one of the most creative forces on Earth because we worship the Creator. Creativity is another way I steward the Gospel and serve the Church.

Sometimes that means preaching a message. Sometimes it means finding the moment in someone else’s message that needs to keep traveling. The heart is the same.

LET’S SERVE THE CHURCH TOGETHER.
